**Beginning in April, my practice will transition fully to Integrated Acupuncture & Intuitive Bodywork and herbal consultations. These appointments are comprehensive and a more effective approach to care. March books are now closed. April scheduling is open.

As a small practice, I reserve time just for you. Late cancellations and no-shows make it difficult to offer that time to someone else, so these policies help keep things fair and sustainable.

Cancellations & Reschedules Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged 50% of the fee; no-shows are charged in full. Reschedule online or call 303.900.2138. If an emergency or severe weather arises, please reach out. If Clear Creek Schools are closed due to weather, all fees are waived.

Securing Your Appointment A credit card is required to reserve your appointment and is stored securely. HSA/FSA cards are welcome. Payment is due at the time of service (cash, check, card, or gift certificate).

Insurance I do not bill insurance and am not in-network. If you have out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill. Full payment is due at the time of service.

Running Late? Please call if you’re running behind. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure adequate treatment time.
