Before You Book

Communication & Scheduling - All current appointment availability is listed online. Appointment requests made by phone or text will be directed to the online scheduler. Email is my preferred method of communication for non-urgent questions and follow-up needs.

Availability - My in-person appointment availability is limited and often books several weeks in advance. If you do not see an appointment that works for you, I encourage you to join the waitlist by emailing me at clearcreekcountyacu@gmail.com with “waitlist” as the subject. All herbal services are virtual; custom formulations can be shipped within the US.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, including reschedules, are charged 50% of the appointment fee. No-shows are charged in full. If Clear Creek Schools are closed due to weather, appointments will be rescheduled and fees waived.

Payment & Insurance - A card is required to reserve your appointment. Payment is due at the time of service. HSA/FSA cards are accepted. I am out-of-network with all insurance plans. A superbill is available if you would like to seek reimbursement directly from your insurance provider.
