Beginning in April, acupuncture-only sessions will no longer be bookable online. Appointments are shifting to integrated acupuncture and intuitive bodywork treatments for more effective, personalized care. Sessions include 75 minutes of treatment within a 90-minute appointment window, allowing for focused, unrushed care.
As a small practice, I reserve time just for you. Late cancellations and no-shows make it difficult to offer that time to someone else, so these policies help keep things fair and sustainable.
Cancellations & Reschedules Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged 50% of the fee; no-shows are charged in full. You may reschedule online or call 303.900.2138. If an emergency or severe weather arises, please reach out. If Clear Creek Schools are closed due to weather, all fees are waived.
Securing Your Appointment A credit card is required to reserve your appointment and is stored securely. HSA/FSA cards are welcome. Payment is due at the time of service by cash, check, card, or gift certificate.
Insurance I do not bill insurance and am not in-network with any providers. If you have out-of-network acupuncture benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill. Full payment is due at the time of service.
Paperwork All intake forms are completed digitally. Please submit forms at least 24 hours before your appointment so I can prepare for your visit. If you need help, email clearcreekcountyacu@gmail.com
Running Late? Please call if you’re running behind. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure adequate treatment time.

Herbal Medicine
Appointments that address the root cause of health concerns, not just manage symptoms. Each herbal formula is carefully crafted specifically for you, taking into account your constitution, current health status, and wellness goals. Best of all! These appointments are held virtually and herbs/supplements can be prepared for you to pick up in the apothecary or delivered directly to you!

Hands-on treatments for new & returning patients, to release tension, restore mobility, and support whole-body balance. These sessions blend traditional and modern techniques to relieve pain, reduce stress, and help your body heal.
Prenatal Care
Prenatal Care: Offering birth doula, acupuncture, herbal remedies, nutritional supplements, and emotional support to promote a healthy, natural pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery. These services are designed to support your physical and emotional well-being throughout every stage of your journey.
