Before You Book

Please take a moment to review the following before scheduling.

Scheduling + Communication - All current appointment availability is listed online, and all appointments must be booked through the online scheduler. I do not schedule appointments by phone, text, or email. Email is the best way to reach me for non-urgent questions and follow-up needs.

Availability - In-person appointments are limited and often book several weeks in advance. If you don’t see a time that works for you, you’re welcome to join the waitlist by emailing clearcreekcountyacu@gmail.com with “Waitlist” in the subject line.

Cancellations + Rescheduling - Please make any changes at least 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours are charged 50% of the appointment fee. No-shows are charged the full appointment fee. If Clear Creek Schools are closed due to weather, your appointment can be rescheduled without a fee.

Payment + Insurance - A card on file is required to reserve your appointment, and payment (cash, card, check, giftcard) is due at the time of service. HSA/FSA cards are also accepted. I am out-of-network with all insurance plans, but I’m happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Packages + Memberships - For patients who want to commit to regular care, I offer treatment packages and memberships with discounted pricing. Ask me about these at your next appointment.
