Hello! My name is Kelli O’Neill. I moved to Denver from Louisiana in 2022.  I’ve been studying health and nutrition since 2013. I studied Integrative Health Coaching at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition while also taking a specialty course from Spirit Woman Sisterhood on Women’s Cycle Health.  Following this, I learned Feminine Form Ayurveda at the Shakti School.  Currently, I take individual clients and host workshops in and around the Denver area.  I am also the host of the Embodying Her Podcast which addresses women’s health, spirituality, and life stories.  The driving force behind the podcast is to build community, highlight women’s social issues, and let others know they are not alone.  It is my belief that all of us, particularly women, are stronger together.  I do my best to live this belief every day by sharing my knowledge and helping women live a more nourished and embodied life.

Kasie Altamura is an EYRT 200 Hr instructor with nearly 13,000 hours of experience accumulated over the last 10 years. She is classically trained by both Hatha and Ashtanga mentors which melded her style into long, juicy holds, lots of anatomical cuing, and Mandala flows that span your mat and the room. As years progressed, her style became her own and as she found her voice, the spice and fire emerged. Students can expect challenging vinyasa flows with some dance-like choreographed movement, some heated core and upper body and holds that make thighs shake in her vinyasa classes. In Yin, expect some deep, juicy stillness with focus on the breath to release both the body’s fascia and release emotions that don’t serve us. In Nidra, expect a guided deep sleep meditation that will tap into your highest levels of conscience rest and relaxation. As a struggling teacher in the beginning, she found it hard to say no to any class offered to her, so she fell in love with and became proficient in as many modalities as possible. Presently she enjoys teaching Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Nidra, Sculpt and in a pinch Barre or Fitness. Kasie has a profound love affair with music, all and any music…with the loving exception of most country songs (Nelson, Cline, Cash, Guthrie, Rogers and Parton excluded of course) … Her playlists are predictably unpredictable, and for the most part, unedited. Come in with an open mind and let the music wash over your breath-to-movement flow. When not teaching, generally she is still in the studio formerly as a GM, recently as Operations Director for a not-for-profit resource center, a consultant for restaurants and bars and an overall mistress of all trades and master of none. She endeavors to travel the world, the whole entire world and has a deep wanderlust. She currently is trying to satiate that craving by leading yoga retreats around the globe in the hopes of sharing her love for discovery with her students. At home, you can find her playing with her two dogs, Marlon Francis Brando and Zulu Cook, and her cat Augustus Stone Altamura. She lives in the mountains of Colorado and loves spending time on hikes at high altitude, hanging at the gym, being a workaholic and spending as much time as possible with friends. Live music is a must as well! Kasie’s life goal is to take those she knows and grow an ever-expanding web of energy, making her friends, friends as well. Her goal is that in some small measure she can leave this world better than she found it.

I have been living in Colorado’s majestic mountains for the last year and have been loving the energy and lessons that it has provided. For the last 3 years I have been offering the healing practice of Facial Reflexology, trained and certified by Jackie Van Ruler at the Mind Body Beauty Institute. By practicing fascia release, gua sha, and facial reflexology I have assisted my clients to reset their nervous system and melt away damaging stress in their face and body. Our face is a mirror of imbalances, stagnation, and the stress that is stored in our bodies. By using facial mapping I am able to work facial reflex points to rid your meridian of blockages, stimulate organs to function and flow while directly calming your nervous system to improve your health, emotions and overall well being.

I am certified with Quantum Facelift at Mind Body Beauty Institute.
