Mountain Remedy is at 1506 Miner St. in Idaho Springs, right next to the Frothy Cup.
As a small practice, I reserve time just for you. Late cancellations and no-shows make it hard to offer that time to someone else who may really need care. This policy helps keep things fair and ensures I’m compensated for the time I’ve set aside.
By booking your appointment, you agree to the following:
24-Hour Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours ahead of time. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged the full amount.
You can always reschedule online or call 303.900.2138. If something unexpected comes up, like an emergency or bad weather, please reach out. If Clear Creek School District is closed due to weather, all fees will be waived for appointments that get rescheduled.
Credit Card Info: First-time patients, please have a credit card ready when booking. (HSA and FSA cards work for this as well). Your card is stored securely and makes checkout easy. At your visit, you’re welcome to pay however you prefer: card, cash, or HSA/FSA.
Running Late? Please call if you’re running behind. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to make sure there’s enough time for your treatment.
Need an urgent herbal consult? If you’re trying to book an Acute Herbal Consult (Herbal Urgent Care) and don’t see a time that works online, give me a call. I may be able to fit you in.

Not sure what would be the best treatment for you? Considering your doula options? This complimentary, 15 minute appointment can be done virtually or in-person. After booking, you will get a quick questionnaire asking if you'd prefer a virtual consult or an in person consult.
Herbal Medicine
Appointments that address the root cause of health concerns, not just manage symptoms. Each herbal formula is carefully crafted specifically for you, taking into account your constitution, current health status, and wellness goals. Best of all! These appointments are held virtually and herbs/supplements can be prepared for you to pick up in the apothecary or delivered directly to you!

Prenatal Care: Offering birth doula, acupuncture, herbal remedies, nutritional supplements, and emotional support to promote a healthy, natural pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery. These services are designed to support your physical and emotional well-being throughout every stage of your journey.
